Punishment for the playing cards, 2 digits, 3 digits lottery, etc... in Myanmar

2 digits, 3 digits lottery and all kind of gambling including playing
cards, gambling on international football match and all beauty saloons which offer massage service are caught by the police and it said it is a Special Mission.  Jail term for all these cases are increased and without bill, according to the local journals.

But there must be some exception of course.  We don't know whether it is the same punishment if the owner of any kind of gambling business or the owner of the massage service has some sort of links with the officials.  Even it is caught, the name of the owner may changed to get the punishment and some amount of money will give to the family of
that person for compensation.  The compensation money will be given by the real owner of that particular business.  Though it is mentioned in the journals that all beauty saloons which offer massage service are caught, many people can see whether the massage services are totally stopped or not.  It does not need to close or caught by the police because the police can have free massage service offer by the owners.  Many beauty saloons with the dark sticker at the front glass doors are existing throughout the Yangon city which may operate the illegal sex service.  Sex service is said to be illegal in Myanmar.
